Natalie credits the success of her work, recognised far and wide for decades now, to this island of ours: “I have very much made this island the centerpiece of everything I’m trying to do creatively with our Tasmanian Sparkling,” she says, “It is the whole idea of trying to put yourself in the landscape and respond to that.”
