Here we have teamed up with our incredible sister winery Wellington & Wolfe to offer you the perfect Tasmanian pairings for your Christmas feasting. In this case you’ll receive:

Bis NV Rose x 1

With Tasmania’s beauty and strength captured in a bottle, Bellebonne Bis is about absolute floral and fruit gorgeousness. The aromas are a melody of strawberry, Turkish delight and rose petal. The palate is elegant and long with textures of fresh cream, brioche and delicate fruit.

2020 Bellebonne Vintage Rosé x1

Made from 100% Tasmanian Pinot Noir, this is delicate pink with salmon blush and super fine bubbles. The aromas are a meld of strawberry, marzipan, Turkish delight and buttery pastry. While the flavours are subtle, there is a delicious roundness in the mouth set against a fine tannin finish with the barest touch of bitter orange pith.

2016 Bellebonne Blanc de Blanc x1

Celebrating purity and longevity. 100% Chardonnay from the 2016 vintage. Abounding with generous pineapple, golden delicious apple, fresh fig and preserved lemon. Six years has blessed it with bountiful brushstrokes of brioche, vanilla custard and even a hint of nutmeg. Texturally it is a marvel, at once creamy and silky, yet simultaneously taut, determined and enduring. Enticing now, it has places to go over the coming decade, too.

2023 Wellington & Wolfe Riesling x1

Crisp and dry, as is the house style, this year’s drop jumps out of the glass with heady floral aromas, backed up by a palate of tart stone fruits and fresh lime, with a strong acid line holding a long and powerful finish.

2023 Wellington & Wolfe Eylandt Reserve Riesling x1

The wine is made in the best years only and sees extended skin and lees contact, with partial fermentation in French oak. It is delicate, pure and elegant: a unique representation of the finest Riesling grown on this island. Fermentation was stopped early to retain natural grape sugars, balancing with the beautiful acid line. 8.5% alcohol and all delicious.

2023 Wolfe at the Door Pinot Noir x1

A bright and light take on Pinot from two vineyards in the Tamar Valley. Orange rind, red cherry and rhubarb crumble notes, with a zippy finish. This wine sees 15% whole bunch fermentation and 3 months in oak before bottling with minimal so2.
