2021 Bellebonne Vintage Cuvée

Made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir this wine is the perfect balanced blend of traditional method sparkling grape varieties. Made from a single vineyard and just 12 barrels, this cuvée shows off the finest of Tasmanian elegance from the moment the cork is popped. Aged for 3 years on lees and a further 6 months on cork before release.
