Since 1996, Natalie Fryar has been weaving magic into sparkling wines, beginning her enchanting journey at Seppelts Great Western winery. Seduced by the charm of Tasmanian fruit, she founded Bellebonne in Tasmania, where her passion for bubbles knows no bounds.
Natalie’s love affair with wine began in her high school days at Hardys Reynella winery. Since then her career has blossomed, connecting her with a world of growers, sommeliers, and wine lovers. For Natalie Fryar, each bottle of wine is a time capsule, whisking you away to treasured moments. Sparkling wine, with its elegance and celebration of life’s finest moments, remains her most beloved muse.
